1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Valtrion Signal platform at valtrionsignal.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Valtrion Signal.

2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE — NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

Valtrion Signal is an educational subscription platform only. All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to market commentary, watchlists, trade setups, signals, alerts, strategy discussions, video recaps, and community posts — is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional financial guidance. You should not rely on any content from Valtrion Signal as the basis for making investment or trading decisions.

Valtrion Signal is not a registered investment advisor (RIA), broker-dealer, financial planner, or licensed financial professional. Always consult a qualified, licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

3. RISK DISCLAIMER

Trading stocks, options, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of all invested capital. Options trading in particular carries a high degree of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

Past results discussed or implied on this Platform — including any historical commentary, strategy examples, or trade illustrations — do not guarantee future results. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed.

You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.

4. MEMBERSHIP AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Valtrion Signal offers three membership tiers: Free, Premium, and Elite. Paid memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

  • All paid subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
  • Valtrion Signal reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
  • Membership fees do not guarantee any trading results or profits

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior toward community members, or any other conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or its members.

5. MEMBER COMMUNITY

Paid membership tiers include access to the member community features on the Platform, including the live member chat room, alert comments, and announcements feed. Access to community features is subject to these Terms.

Within the member community, all members must:

  • Treat all members with respect and professionalism
  • Not share, redistribute, or resell any content from the Platform
  • Not solicit other members for personal financial services or investment schemes
  • Not post content that is abusive, harassing, or discriminatory
  • Remember that all discussion is educational only — not financial advice

Violation of community guidelines may result in removal from community features and termination of membership without refund.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Valtrion Signal Platform — including text, graphics, logos, videos, strategy frameworks, and educational materials — is the intellectual property of Valtrion Signal and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Members may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from Valtrion Signal.

7. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Not share your account credentials with any third party
  • Not create multiple accounts to circumvent membership restrictions
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Valtrion Signal reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valtrion Signal and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or reliance on any content from the Platform
  • Any trading or investment decisions you make
  • Losses incurred in trading or investing
  • Interruption or unavailability of the Platform
  • Any errors or omissions in Platform content

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use and cancel your membership.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Valtrion Signal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify members of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
